Muskan Sharma
Muskan Sharma is a dynamic and dedicated Counselling Psychologist, Special Educator, and Art Therapist, as well as a UGC-NET qualified Mental Health Professional with over 5 years of clinical and research experience. She specializes in helping individuals and families navigate stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, and trauma with a compassionate and holistic approach.
Muskan integrates a wide range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Narrative Therapy, alongside Art Therapy to create personalized treatment plans that support emotional healing, resilience, and long-term well-being.
Her academic and research journey includes contributing to innovative mental health research at AIIMS, New Delhi, and presenting at the prestigious NIMHANS Conference. Beyond research, Muskan has led workshops, training programs, and awareness sessions on topics such as mental health, stress management, emotional regulation, coping with trauma, and self-esteem building.
Passionate about breaking stigma and making therapy accessible, Muskan offers a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where clients feel supported to overcome challenges and move toward healing, growth, and mental well-being.
